Workplace: No Comment

Sometimes it is better to say nothing. Other times it is fitting to say: “no comment.” Still other times, it is helpful to tell ourselves or someone else to “say nothing” and then, say not a word.

Silence is the better part of valor is an age old saying. Sometimes silence is a good course; others it can create danger. The challenge of course is determining which situation you are in so that you can identify whether no comment or speaking up and out is the best course of action.
